Frequently asked questions

What can you offer that I cannot get at other online language schools?

Unlike most other language learning programs online and in apps today, we are not animated bots guiding you through a repetitious, one-size-fits-all course. Our programs are designed by educational professionals that moderate all of our courses and are available to meet with you for 1:1 instruction.

Do I need previous experience ?

There’s no need to have any prior knowledge of the language for our courses. We start from the beginning and work with you on elevating your knowledge of the language and culture.  

How can I choose my courses?

Whether you are a true debutant or just know the basics, even though it may have been years since you studied, we suggest starting at the beginning. If you find the first course is too easy, feel free to advance at your own pace. If you are interested in taking a "placement" test, please contact us and we'll provide the test and help you choose your best starting level.

Can I change my subscription plan?

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at anytime. Please be sure to do so at least two days before your expected billing cycle.
